This User Service Terms (hereinafter referred to as “These Terms”) is a legally valid service agreement between the operators of the PrivAI software (hereinafter referred to as “This Product”) and users globally, applicable to users in all regions using all services of this Product. By downloading, installing, and using this Product, users fully acknowledge, understand, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions of these Terms. If users do not agree with any of the terms and conditions, please immediately uninstall this Product and terminate all usage.

1. Service Definition and Scope
1.1 Service Content Definition
This product provides users with one-stop internet services such as private browsing, private bookmark storage, intelligent web page translation, AI intelligent assistant questions and answers, content summarization, text creation assistance, and more, all features open to global compliant users.
1.1.1 Applicable Subjects
This provision applies to all individual users who voluntarily download, register, and use this product and related derivative services, regardless of geographical limitations, uniformly following the International General Services Code.
1.1.2 Service Update Notes
Operators reserve the right to optimize, upgrade, and adjust product features at any time, including adding, iterating, and optimizing certain service features. Service adjustments will be notified to users in the form of in-product announcements.
2. User eligibility specifications
2.1 Qualification Requirements
Users who use this product must have the ability to legally independent civil behavior and comply with common web service usage standards and laws and regulations in their region.
2.1.1 Prohibition of Non-Compliant Users
Individuals under the legal age of use and those who are legally restricted from using Internet services are not allowed to use all of the services provided by this product, and all consequences arising from their unauthorized use are at the user‘s own risk.
2.1.2 Account Usage Specifications
This product does not have a mandatory account registration mechanism. The user‘s local data is solely managed by me. It is strictly prohibited to borrow, steal the rights of others to use, and to falsify or tamper with the rights to use the product.
3. User Behavior Compliance Guidelines
3.1 Compliance Usage Requirements
During the use of this product, users are required to strictly comply with the International General Networking Guidelines and compliance regulations in their own region to use the various features of the product in a legal and compliant manner.
3.1.1 Prohibition of Illegal Operations
Users are not allowed to use this product to engage in any illegal activities such as piracy, cyber attacks, information theft, fraud, dissemination of undesirable information, infringement of other people‘s intellectual property rights and legitimate interests, etc.
3.1.2 Prohibition of Malicious Sabotage
Users are not allowed to reverse-compile, decompile, tamper with this product‘s program code, functional architecture, create, distribute decompiled versions of this product, plugins, out-of-box tools, or maliciously interfere with the proper operation of the product.
4. Product Intellectual Property Protection
4.1 Intellectual Property Attribution
All intellectual property rights of this product are exclusively owned by the operator, including all content including software source code, interface design, functional algorithms, text identification, visual design, AI service models, and more.
4.1.1 Rights Coverage
This product is protected by global common intellectual property laws, and no individual or organization may copy, distribute, commercialize, alter, or rediscover this product and related content without the written authorization of the operating party.
4.1.2 User Content Rights Definitions
The intellectual property rights of the personal content created and stored by the user through this product belong to the user himself. The operator provides only storage and functional support services and does not claim the rights to the user‘s personal original content.
5. Service Rights and Disclaimer
5.1 Description of Service Rights
Operators adhere to the voluntary service principle and provide users with free basic functional services, retaining the legal right to subsequently launch value-added services and adjust service models.
5.1.1 Description of Service Stability
The operators will do their best to ensure the stable operation of the product 24/7, but will not assume liability for failure to users due to unavoidable factors such as network fluctuations, device failure, system upgrades, third-party service anomalies, etc.
5.1.2 Exemption of liability for third-party services
The services included in this product, such as translation, AI computing power, and third-party site hopping, are in part provided by third-party compliant providers. Failures, risks, and disputes arising from third-party services are the responsibility of third-party entities.
6. User Data and Privacy Agreement
6.1 Data Service Agreement
Privacy data generated by users using this product, such as browsing history, private bookmarks, and AI interaction content, is processed and protected strictly in accordance with the Privacy Policy of PrivateAI published simultaneously.
6.1.1 User Data Responsibility
Users need to properly store local encrypted data and personal online information on their own. Users are responsible for privacy breaches caused by active disclosure, manual authorization of access to others, and device failure.
6.1.2 Data Security
Operators will continuously iterate the privacy protection architecture to ensure the security of user data encryption and avoid the activity of actively collecting, leaking, or selling user privacy data.
7. Mechanism for handling violations
7.1 Violation Handling Rules
Operators have the right to take appropriate action to maintain the normal service order of the product in response to user violations of this Ordinance and compliance guidelines.
7.1.1 Mild Violations
For minor violations, operators will notify users to correct the violations through feature restrictions, pop-up alerts, service alerts, and other methods.
7.1.2 Severe Violations
Operators have the right to permanently terminate users‘ use rights and reserve the right to pursue their legal liability in the event of serious violations involving malicious damage to products, illegal use of services, infringement of platforms, or legitimate interests of third parties.
8. Regulatory Amendments and Dispute Resolution
8.1 Amendment and Enabling Rules
Operators have the right to periodically amend this User Terms in accordance with product iterations and international service guidelines updates. The amendments will take effect through in-product notices, and users‘ continued use of the product will be considered as acceptance of the updated terms.
8.1.1 Controversy Communication Channels
Users who have any disputes or questions about the terms and conditions of these Terms and Conditions and the products and services can submit feedback through the official maoaiya@icloud.com email address, and the operator will address them promptly.
8.1.2 Dispute resolution
All disputes arising from this service will be prioritized to be resolved through friendly negotiations. If negotiations fail, they will be handled according to the rules for resolving international general business disputes, ensuring the legitimate rights and interests of both parties.
